HOTEL WALDSTÄTTERHOF LUCERNE
The careful planning process for this 96-key protected landmark hotel began in spring 2022. The goals are to sensitively update the entire property, add a stylish bar and implement a new F&B concept.
All rooms will be refurbished and updated, 64 including new bathrooms.
The first 22 rooms have been finished in spring 2023 with the remaining rooms scheduled to be completed in March 2024.
The entire investment amount is CHF 6M.
WALLISERHOF GRAND-HOTEL & SPA
In 2019, I successfully managed and completed on time this CHF 20 Million refurbishment and renovation project. The new Walliserhof Grand-Hotel & Spa has 74 keys, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, meeting rooms, a Spa & Wellness Center, a worldclass Fitness and the first CrossFit Box in a 5-star hotel.
Together with the construction works, we have created a new CI/CD concept, relaunched the webiste, implemented new PMS and POS systems and reorganized the entire standards operating procedures to meet the expectations of today's luxury guest.
FRUTT RESORT AG
In this ambitious CHF 40 Million project in 2015, my team and I managed the successful launch of the frutt Family Lodge, a 47 key 4-star-superior hotel in Central Switzerland. The launch included managing the OS&E, FF&E, all marketing activities and operational procedures. The frutt Family Lodge was combined with the existing frutt Lodge & Spa to the award winning frutt Resort comprising of a total of 126 rooms, 5 restaurants, 3 bars, 180 dorm beds and a total of 150 employees spread over 5 locations on the altiplano of Melchsee-Frutt. We managed to increase occupancy and rate continuoulsy rising to 72% in summer 2018 coming from 55% with 61 rooms only.
BRUSSELS MARRIOTT HOTEL
In 2012 and 2013, I successfully managed the rooms, catering and public areas renovation of 205Â keys, 400sqm ballroom and extensive lobby, reastaurant and lounge spaces with a total investment of EUR 12 Million.
